Return & Refund Policy
At Dried Flowers UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Undamaged and in its original condition
- In original packaging where applicable
- Unused and suitable for resale
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to ensure safe delivery back to our workshop.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care packaging every arrangement, but occasionally damage can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide a photo of the damage
- Include your order number
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage if needed.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Bespoke wedding flowers and custom arrangements made to your specifications cannot be returned unless faulty. Please ensure you’re happy with your design consultation before we proceed with your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made arrangements
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery
- Products removed from protective packaging and damaged as a result
