Theodore Wreath is a dried flower wreath in cool blue, purple and sage green tones — thistle and eucalyptus, handcrafted in our Hampshire studio. At 25cm, it is one of the smaller wreaths in the range — compact, well-resolved, and distinctive in its palette.
Thistle is an unusual material in a wreath: the round, blue-toned flower heads are firm and precisely formed, giving Theodore a graphic, structural quality that softer materials cannot match. Eucalyptus introduces the green and adds both depth and the plant’s characteristic sharp fragrance. The cool palette — blues, purples, greens — is unlike anything else in the wreath range.
Theodore works on a kitchen wall, a garden room door, or an interior wall that benefits from something more unexpected. At 25cm, it is a strong choice as a gift — specific enough to be interesting, and well-made enough to last for years.
What’s Inside
Deep cobalt globe thistles steal the show here, their spiky spheres vivid against a base of white gypsophila and pale statice. Bright lime-green billy balls and papery bupleurum bring a fresh, zesty energy, while sage-toned eucalyptus grounds the wreath with cooler foliage. Crisp white winged everlasting blooms dot the frame for a clean finish.
Statice (Limonium sinuatum), Baby’s Breath (Gypsophila paniculata), Globe Thistle (Echinops ritro), Billy Balls (Craspedia globosa), Winged Everlasting (Ammobium alatum), Small-Leaf Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus parvifolia / cinerea), Hare’s Ear (Bupleurum rotundifolium).
Care Tips
The wreath carries a gentle, hay-like scent straight from the studio. Hang in a well-ventilated spot away from direct sunlight and damp. Dried stems hold their shape well — dust occasionally with a soft brush or a gentle puff of compressed air.
